Fair Usage
Our services are provided free of charge for personal and commercial file operations. Please do not attempt to automate file uploads or abuse server resources.

We process documents on an "as-is" basis. We are not responsible for any file corruptions, loss of data, or operational errors resulting from processing.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PDF Toolkit (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Permitted Use
You are permitted to upload and process PDF files, images, and office documents for conversion, merging, splitting, rotation, and deletion. However, you agree NOT to:
- Upload any documents containing malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to perform file operations.
- Attempt to compromise the security, infrastructure, or bandwidth of our servers.
- Utilize the Service for any illegal activities or distribution of prohibited content.
3. Intellectual Property and File Ownership
PDF Toolkit claims no ownership over your files. You retain all copyrights, intellectual property, and ownership rights to all documents you upload and convert. We only act as a secure processor. Once your session expires or 1 hour passes, all files are permanently erased.
4. Service Limitations and Availability
PDF Toolkit is a free tool. While we aim to provide high uptime and fast conversion speed, we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to our website or tools. We enforce a maximum upload limit of 30 MB per operation to prevent abuse.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT FILES WILL PROCESS CONVERSION SUCCESSFULLY OR THAT DOWNLOADS WILL ALWAYS BE CORRUPTION-FREE.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operators of PDF Toolkit reside, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
